I really liked the futurist article about mushrooms on the moon. cool stuff.
the mushrooms are made with baked generated textures. the caps use subsurface scattering. and the stem is a specular BSDF workflow with a normal map. Under the caps is a strange shader with fresnel mixed with metallic BSDF.
The particles are blurred from the bloom and DOF effects, as well as their own slight emission,
fixed dithering. looks much better
